RETURNS POLICY
Product Returns
Prior to returning any merchandise (defective or otherwise), customers must contact JM PRINTER PARTS Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. All non-defective returns must be in resale condition and in the original packaging. Please do not mark, or write address or Return Authorization Number on the outside of the original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for all non-defective returns. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the original invoice date. Return Authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from date of issue. All returns are subject to inspection by JM PRINTER PARTS on the resell condition, and credit will be issued once the product has been received and inspected. All return freight shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the error was due to JM PRINTER PARTS.
All sales made on special order, non-stock items, discontinued items, and OEM Parts are final and are not returnable.
Defective Merchandise
All defective returns must be pre-authorized by JM PRINTER PARTS and have a Return Authorization Number. All returns without an RMA number will be refused. Please contact your sales and customer service representative to complete a Defective Product Claim Form. Save On Printing will credit or exchange the defective product upon receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

SHIPPING
Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and your location, and it is posted at check out. Shipping delays can happen at times due to weather related incidents and high volume demand that the shipping company cannot deliver the package on time. In the event that your package is delayed, please free to contact us so we can find the best solution there is available.
