 Warranties

We at JMPRINTERPARTS warrant our Compatible Products sold will be free from defects in materials and workmanship affecting form, fit and function for one year from the original date of shipment. Any claim with respect to such Compatible Products where the original customer seeks a refund of the purchase price of such Compatible Products must be made within 30 days from the original date of shipment. The limited warranty provided herein covers only Manufacturer Defects and does not include malfunctions or failures resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, usage not in accordance with Product instructions, acts of nature or improper installation or repairs made by anyone other than JMPRINTERPARTS. Such limited warranty only extends to refunds or replacements of JMPRINTERPARTS. Compatible Products and does not cover any damage to your printer, computer systems or other devices arising from your use of our and OEM Compatible Products.

Compatible and Remanufactured Toner Cartridges & Copier Parts

If product is defective or should become defective, you can obtain a replacement within 30 days of purchase - you must be able to provide your order number (Please note that shipping charges are not refundable).
